The User ID and password for income tax can now be easily created and reset online. Previously, one had to visit the respective tax office and submit an application for this, provided that their phone number or email was updated in the IRD online system.
1 Log in to ird.gov.np.
2 Click in Taxpayer portal
3 Click General Menu Shown in left side and than Create or Forgot Password menu
4 Type PAN Number
5. Create Password and Confirm Password.
6. Click in create button.
7. You will now receive an OTP in your registered phone number and email address.
8. Once OTP is verified , you can login with present credentials.
